In April 2023, I proudly donned my cap and gown, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and a minor in graphic design. Living with spinal muscular atrophy type 3 hasn’t slowed me down; it’s ignited a fire to prove that life’s challenges are merely opportunities for greatness.

From Tyler to Pharr:

Born in the charming South Texas town of Pharr and raised in the welcoming arms of Tyler, every step of my journey is infused with the spirit of these diverse landscapes.

Home Sweet Home:

Nestled in my corner of the world, I share my space with cherished companions—my mom, fiancé, two playful dogs named Buddy and Fish, and the newest member of our clan, the spirited cat Minina. Together, we’ve built a home filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support.

Crafting Words and Beyond:

Writing is my compass, guiding me to victories at the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association during my associates’ days at TJC. Now, my canvas extends to graphic design, video/photography editing, and the captivating world of public speaking—a realm that ignites my soul. Every opportunity to share my story and connect with others through public speaking is a cherished moment in my journey. My aspiration is not just to speak but to weave narratives that resonate, inspire, and challenge perceptions.

As I embark on the quest for employment, it serves as a vivid showcase of my graphic design finesse, video/photography editing prowess, writing skills, and the art of impactful public speaking. My long-term and final educational goal is to receive my graduate degree from the University of Southern California.
